General Description

A Sales Person is directly responsible for selling vehicles within gross profit, volume and CSI standards.

Working Conditions

Will stand and move throughout the dealership and the grounds surrounding it. Evening, weekend, and holiday work hours will be required. Periods of time spent outdoors are required in all styles of weather. Work is performed in a drug free environment

•  Learn and follow all policies and procedures.

•  Greet customers promptly and aggressively.

•  Refer all customers to a manager before they leave.

•  Record all customer information.

•  Follow-up all customer contacts.

•  Determine each customer's vehicle needs through a discussion with him or her.

•  Demonstrate the advantages and features of each vehicle.

•  Conduct effective demo drives.

•  Deliver vehicles to customers using the approved process.

•  Attend sales meetings

•  Keep abreast of changes to competitive vehicle lines.

•  Know and understand equity, depreciation, and residual values.

•  Ability to maintain a positive work attitude.

Qualifications

High School diploma or the equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, and information. Valid Arizona drivers license. Professional appearance. Excellent communication skills. Satisfactory completion of the weeklong company paid training program. Successfully complete pre-hiring testing and background checks.
